Gym Disclaimer & Waiver of Liability

By entering and using Ludus Magnus, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk

• You acknowledge that participation in exercise, fitness, boxing, martial arts, weightlifting, and other physical activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or death.
• You voluntarily accept and assume full responsibility for any risks, whether foreseeable or not, associated with using the Gym facilities, equipment, or participating in activities.

2. 

Medical Clearance

• You confirm that you are physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation in exercise.
• You are responsible for consulting a physician before starting or continuing any exercise program.

3. 

24-Hour Access & Safety

• As this is a 24-hour facility, staff may not be present at all times. You accept full responsibility for your own safety while on the premises.
• For your security, CCTV operates throughout the Gym. Emergency contact information is provided on-site.

4. 

Conduct & Equipment Use

• You agree to use all equipment properly and safely, and to follow all posted rules and staff instructions.
• You are responsible for any damage to equipment or facilities caused by misuse.
• Aggressive, dangerous, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in termination of membership.

5. 

Personal Belongings

• The Gym is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please use lockers provided at your own risk.

6. 

Release of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release and discharge Ludus Magnus, its owners, employees, trainers, and contractors from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Gym facilities.

7. 

Acceptance

By entering the Gym, purchasing a membership, day pass, or otherwise using the facilities, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer & Waiver of Liability.
